Revenue, bookings, conversion, no-show rate, average ticket and staff utilization in a single dashboard tuned for owners — not data engineers.
See where customers drop off — search, service page, calendar, checkout. Tag campaigns and watch first-touch and last-touch revenue side by side.
Native Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Plausible. Export to BigQuery, Snowflake or CSV. Prometheus and Grafana for the platform team.
Group customers by signup month, channel or service. Watch retention, repeat rate and lifetime value evolve week by week.
Revenue projections that show the band of likely outcomes, not a single optimistic line. Plan staffing from the same view.
GDPR-friendly: anonymous mode, IP truncation, cookie consent integration and respect for Do-Not-Track. No third-party trackers unless you opt in.
Most analytics dashboards are built for analysts who live in the data. Owners need a different surface: the five numbers that matter, large enough to read across the room, with one click to drill into the why. QUE's home dashboard surfaces revenue, bookings, conversion, no-shows, average ticket and staff utilisation by default. Every tile is configurable — pin the metric that matters this quarter to the top.
Every number has a comparison: last seven days vs. previous seven days, this month vs. last month, this year vs. last year. Trend sparklines show direction without forcing you to open another tab. The dashboard refreshes in real time so the number you see on stage at the team meeting is the same number behind the desk an hour later.
When a metric moves, the dashboard offers a 'why' button. We surface the segments that contributed most to the change — a slow Tuesday, a popular promo, a staff member's day off — without you needing to know SQL.
First-party analytics. Every page view, slot click, calendar open and checkout submit is captured server-side and tied to the booking that follows. Ad-blockers don't break it. iOS privacy doesn't break it. Cookie consent compliance is built in — the funnel still works in anonymous mode, you just lose the per-user thread.
UTM parameters flow from the landing URL through the booking to the customer record. Multi-touch attribution is the default — see first-touch, last-touch and linear models side by side without exporting anything. Campaigns get their own row with revenue, cost (if you pipe it in), ROAS and trend.
Plug into Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for the ad platforms that need it. We map QUE events to GA4 and Pixel events automatically so your existing dashboards and lookalike audiences keep working.
Every customer, booking, payment and event is exportable. CSV for one-off pulls. Webhooks for streaming into your warehouse. Native destinations for BigQuery, Snowflake and Redshift on the team plan. Schema is documented, stable and versioned — we add columns, we don't break them.
For platform teams, we expose a Prometheus metrics endpoint with auth, ready to scrape into your existing observability stack. Pre-built Grafana dashboards ship in the repo. SLO templates and burn-rate alerts are tuned to a typical service business.
If your team prefers a notebook, we offer a read-only Postgres replica on the enterprise plan. Your queries, your tools, our typed schema.
