One-time, deposits, balances, packages, memberships and tips — configured per service. Customers see the right amount at the right moment.
Build promotions with usage caps, expiries and per-customer limits. Issue credit, refund to wallet and let regulars top up.
Every booking links to its charge, refund and payout. Export to CSV or pipe into your accounting stack via webhook.
Bring your own Stripe or PayPal — we never touch the funds. Or use the QUE managed account with a transparent commission on each booking.
Multi-currency, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and Afterpay — wherever Stripe supports the rail, we do too.
Stripe-hosted checkout means card data never touches our servers. Dispute evidence is auto-assembled from the booking timeline.
Service businesses don't all charge the same way. Some take deposits, some take full payment, some sell ten-class packs, some bill monthly memberships, some accept tips at the end of the visit. Most booking tools force one model on you. QUE lets you mix and match per service, per location and per customer segment.
A new client booking a first consultation might pay a refundable 20% deposit. A regular booking their twelfth massage might pay nothing now and settle in-person. A workshop attendee might prepay in full with a non-refundable policy. All three flows live in the same checkout and reconcile to the same ledger.
Memberships and packages are tracked against bookings automatically. When a member books, the slot is consumed from their pack — not double-charged. When the pack expires, we email and offer renewal in one click.
Cash refunds are slow and expensive. Sometimes the right answer is store credit — but most booking tools make credit a manual ledger that the front-of-house has to remember to apply. QUE bakes a wallet ledger into every customer record. Refund to wallet, gift a credit for a poor experience, top up with a one-time purchase — and the next booking applies the balance automatically.
Coupons sit alongside wallets with proper engineering: percentage or fixed, capped or uncapped, scoped to services or staff or locations, per-customer limits, expiry dates, BOGO mechanics and stack rules. We see the abuse before it hits the books because every redemption is logged and rate-limited.
Gift cards work the same way — issued from the dashboard, sold from a checkout, delivered by email on a schedule. Recipients claim into a wallet without creating an account if they don't want to.
Every booking links to a charge. Every charge links to a payout. Every refund updates the wallet and the booking and the report — in one transaction, no drift. Exports for accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave) are one click and include the right VAT/GST breakdown per line item.
Refund policies are configurable: time-based (24h before is full, 12h before is half, after is nothing), seat-based (refund the cancelled seat, not the whole class), or custom. When a refund runs, it updates Stripe, the wallet, the booking and the customer email together.
Disputes get a dedicated workflow. We assemble booking confirmation, terms accepted, customer email logs, IP and device data, and the policy in force at the time — into a ready-to-submit evidence pack. You keep the final decision on what to send, and your processor keeps the win-rate data.

Use cases

Outcome · A deposit holds the slot; the cancellation window auto-charges it if the customer doesn't show.
Ten-class packs that expire in ninety days. Members pause their plan when on holiday and the next billing date adjusts automatically.
Outcome · Pack expiry and pause dates adjust the next billing cycle automatically.
After a session, a one-tap tip prompt shows preset percentages and a custom amount. Tips reconcile to the staff member, not the business.
Outcome · Tips reconcile to the staff member who delivered the session, not the business.
Early bird, standard and VIP tiers with capacity per tier. Apply codes from partners with caps so the math always works.
Outcome · Each tier carries its own capacity, and partner codes carry caps so the math always works.
Buy at one branch, redeem at any. Wallet balance follows the customer, settlement reports show which location earned the revenue.
Outcome · Wallet balance follows the customer across branches; settlement reports show which location earned.
